Step 1: We Meet Online

Our journey begins with a relaxed video call.

This is our chance to get to know one another, and for me to learn about your story. I'll ask about how you met and we'll also talk about why you've chosen Italy for your destination wedding. Perhaps you've fallen in love with the rolling hills of Tuscany or another magical corner of Italy.

Just as importantly, we'll discuss your vision for your wedding day—whether you're dreaming of an intimate elopement, a relaxed celebration with family, or a grand wedding surrounded by all your favourite people.

Step 2: Your Story Comes to Life

After our call, I'll send each of you a fun and thoughtful questionnaire to complete separately.

This is one of my favourite parts of the process.

Your answers often reveal wonderful stories, funny memories, shared adventures, and heartfelt moments that even your partner may not know you've written about. From your first impressions of each other to your favourite holidays, inside jokes, and the little things that make your relationship special, every detail helps me understand what makes your love unique.

The result is a ceremony that couldn't possibly belong to anyone else.

Step 3: I Write Your Ceremony

Using everything you've shared, I carefully write a bespoke ceremony that celebrates your journey together.

Every script is written from scratch and is designed to capture your personalities, your values, and the love you share. Whether you want your ceremony to be romantic, light-hearted, emotional, humorous, or a perfect blend of them all, I'll create something that feels authentic and natural.

The goal is simple: for your guests to leave feeling like they've truly experienced your story, and for you to remember your ceremony as one of the most meaningful moments of your wedding day.

Step 4: Our Final Planning Call

A few weeks before your wedding, we'll have one final video call to bring everything together.

During this meeting, we'll go through the ceremony step by step. We'll discuss the processional, music cues, readings, symbolic rituals (if you've chosen any), your vows, and exactly what will happen on the day so you both feel relaxed and confident.

This final conversation ensures that every detail has been thoughtfully planned, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy every second of your ceremony.
